# Description

Schedule a Scribe Agent to join incident calls and record key decisions, action items, and events once a conference bridge is available.

# Instructions

> 📘 Prerequisites
>
> This functionality is available to customers on the Professional, Business, and Enterprise plans for Incident Management with [PagerDuty Advance](/main/docs/pagerduty-advance) and the [Scribe Agent](/main/docs/scribe-agent) enabled.
>
> This action requires the [Zoom | PagerDuty](/main/docs/zoom-integration-guide) integration for Zoom meetings, or the [Microsoft Teams | PagerDuty](/main/docs/microsoft-teams) integration for Microsoft Teams meetings.
>
> **Note:** For Microsoft Teams meetings, the Scribe Agent can only be automatically added to meetings created through the Microsoft Teams | PagerDuty integration.

1. If you have not done so already, please follow our instructions to [Create an Incident Workflow](https://support.pagerduty.com/main/docs/incident-workflows#create-an-incident-workflow).
2. When you are prompted to [add actions](/main/docs/incident-workflows#add-actions), select **this action**.
3. Continue following instructions to **Publish** the Workflow. When the action runs, you will see the **Outputs** listed below.
