# Jeli: Create A Post-Incident Review

# Description

Create a post-incident review in [Jeli](/main/docs/get-started-with-jeli). The [post-incident review](/main/docs/postmortems#jeli-post-incident-reviews) will automatically import the PagerDuty incident timeline into the Jeli [Narrative Builder](/main/docs/narrative-builder).

# Instructions

> The [PagerDuty | Jeli](https://support.pagerduty.com/main/docs/pagerduty-integration-jeli) integration is required for this action. Please follow the [Integration Walkthrough](https://support.pagerduty.com/main/docs/pagerduty-integration-jeli#integration-walkthrough) to install it.

1. If you have not done so, follow the instructions to [Create an Incident Workflow](/main/docs/incident-workflows#create-an-incident-workflow).
2. When the instructions prompt you to [add actions](/main/docs/incident-workflows#add-actions), select **this action**.
3. Enter the following **Inputs** and click **Save**.
4. Continue following instructions to **Publish** the Workflow.
5. When the action runs, you will see the **Outputs** listed below.

| :--------------- | :------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Connection Input | Select a [Workflow Integration](/main/docs/workflow-integrations) or click **New Jeli Connection** to establish a new one. |
| Incident ID      | The ID of the PagerDuty incident.                                                                                          |
| User ID          | The ID of the PagerDuty user running the action.                                                                           |
| Summary          | The summary of the post-incident review. If not provided, the summary of the incident will be used.                        |

# Outputs

| Name                     | Description                                                                         |
| :----------------------- | :---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Result                   | Value that shows if the action was successful or not. Either “Success” or “Failed”. |
| Result Summary           | Brief description of what the action did or if it failed.                           |
| Error                    | Brief description that is populated if the action failed.                           |
| Post Incident Review ID  | The ID of the created post-incident review.                                         |
| Post Incident Review URL | The URL of the created post-incident review.                                        |
