Responders can draft and publish Internal or External Status Page updates from Slack, using PagerDuty Advance and standardized templates to keep the update structure and format consistent. /pd update opens a modal to draft and publish to an Internal or External Status Page from Slack, using templates that PagerDuty Advance refines with incident context, reducing the effort to write updates.
