Dedicated Incident Channels now rolling out for all PagerDuty’s Slack app customers

Starting June 8, PagerDuty's Slack integration will start rolling out the automatic creation of a dedicated channel for every new incident matching your organization's top two priority types (e.g., P1/P2, Sev-1/Sev-2, or custom names), consolidating all incident communication, actions, and audit trails in one place to reduce noise in shared channels and accelerate your response. Teams can opt out or customize auto-creation rules (by priority, service, and more) via Slack configuration settings. Rolling out in phases to all PagerDuty customers with Slack integration.
