Jeli EOL: Transition to Post-Incident Reviews in Web UI (EA) by December 22, 2026

Jeli will reach End of Life on December 22, 2026. We’re enhancing incident analysis with Post-Incident Reviews in the PagerDuty web UI (in EA) and recommend that customers transition from Jeli to this new, upgraded capability. More details about how customers can migrate existing Jeli post-incident review data will be sent before the EOL date.
