Teams can start PIRs directly from the incident detail page or Slack after resolving an incident, with incident context, timelines, and team collaboration built right in. PagerDuty Advance customers get AI-generated PIR drafts that automatically surface summaries, root causes, timeline highlights, and suggested follow-ups so teams can complete thorough reviews in minutes. Generally Available for OpsCloud and IM and CSOps customers on Professional plans or higher. AI-generated PIRs are available for PagerDuty Advance customers. Learn more.
