Don’t start triage and response from scratch during critical incidents. The SRE Agent automatically classifies incidents, surfaces critical context from past incidents, and recommends remediation steps. It also learns from your incident history and can generate incident playbooks that help prevent recurring issues. Generally Available in Slack as part of PagerDuty Advance and in Operations Console as part of AIOps and PagerDuty Advance. Learn more.
