Post-Incident Reviews now use native AI to automatically generate comprehensive review drafts, including summaries, key timeline moments, root causes, and suggested follow-ups. The AI is powered by automatically-ingested data from Slack, Scribe Agent, and Incident Log Entry (ILE) events, turning hours of manual work into minutes of refinement. Teams can comment and collaborate live with @mentions to expedite the review process. Early Access for IM and CSOps customers on Professional plans or higher. Sign up for Early Access.
