New MCP capabilities provide more flexibility and reduce the tool use back and forth for your incident management. Engineers can now:
- Query by Time: Filter incidents using since and until parameters with relative formats like "last 24h."
- Scale On-Call Queries: Automatic internal pagination now allows quicker and more efficient queries.
- Direct Assignment: Specify an assignee during incident creation to streamline notifications in a single step.
