New AI-powered integration: Logz.io

PagerDuty now integrates with Logz.io's RCA Agent to deliver smarter, faster incident resolution. PagerDuty’s integration, once enabled via Incident Workflow action, automatically enriches Logz.io alerts with historical incident context and sends the context back into Logz.io's RCA Agent, which can then complete the root cause analysis and recommend remediation steps. This enables faster MTTR with smarter decision-making, and fewer manual hand-offs. Available for all joint PagerDuty and Logz.io customers.
