Post-Incident Reviews in the PagerDuty web UI rolling out now (including AI-generated PIRs)

Teams can start PIRs directly from the incident detail page or Slack (coming soon) after resolving an incident, with incident context, timelines, and team collaboration built right in. PagerDuty Advance customers get AI-generated PIR drafts that automatically surface summaries, root causes, timeline highlights, and suggested follow-ups so teams can complete thorough reviews in minutes. Generally Available for IM and CSOps customers on Professional plans or higher, with rollout continuing over the coming weeks. AI-generated PIRs are available for PagerDuty Advance customers.
