Postmortems End of Life: Transition to Post-Incident Reviews in Web UI (EA) by October 31, 2026

PagerDuty Postmortems will reach End of Life on October 31, 2026 for all customers. We're enhancing incident analysis with Post-Incident Reviews in the PagerDuty web UI (in EA), and recommend transitioning from Postmortems to this new, upgraded capability. Existing Postmortem data will be available for download before the EOL date. Learn more.
