Save time and avoid context switching with a new web-based option for engaging with the SRE Agent. Now responders can kick off agentic triage and response directly from the Incident Details Page. By guiding responders through investigative, triage, and resolution steps, the SRE Agent can help accelerate resolution and reduce unnecessary escalations. PagerDuty Advance and AIOps customers can now request early access.
