Access PagerDuty Advance via Slack’s Side Panel, now Generally Available

Slack users can now engage with the PagerDuty Advance AI Assistant via direct message within Slack's side panel. Get context-aware responses that intelligently reference incident details from the Slack channels you are viewing, in a single, private thread with PagerDuty Advance. This minimizes context-switching and reduces operating costs by enabling more efficient workflows and focused problem-solving through automated, contextual interactions. To enable this feature, PagerDuty Admins need to reauthorize the Slack Integration. Available for PagerDuty Advance users with a Slack paid plan. Learn more.
