Using the PagerDuty Claude plugin or the SRE Agent configuration page, users can configure Skills to arm the SRE Agent with instructions, scripts, and resources that give it specialized capabilities and domain expertise. This allows the agent to intelligently deduce the next steps for troubleshooting issues, even before a human looks at the incident. Available for early access for PagerDuty Advance customers.
