Generally available: New Incident Workflow actions enriched by Scribe Agent

These new Incident Workflow actions make it easier to automate incident documentation and stakeholder communication. Paired with Scribe Agent, these actions unlock even richer context to accelerate resolution and prevent repeat issues:

• Periodic Incident Progress automatically posts progress updates at a chosen cadence. With Scribe Agent enabled, updates can include meeting transcripts, chat history, and additional incident context. Available for PagerDuty Advance customers only. Learn more.
