Prerequisites
This functionality is available to customers on the Professional, Business, and Enterprise plans for Incident Management with PagerDuty Advance and the Scribe Agent enabled.
The Zoom | PagerDuty integration is required for this action.
- If you have not done so already, please follow our instructions to Create an Incident Workflow.
- When you are prompted to add actions, select this action.
- Continue following instructions to Publish the Workflow. When the action runs, you will see the Outputs listed below.
