This page details the geographical regions which have been recently removed from our Supported Countries list due to shifts in local regulations and carrier restrictions. Those regions, listed below, are now considered "Legacy" and are only available to customer accounts existing prior to the changes implemented in February 2024.

The list below is in addition to the list in our standard Supported Countries list, not a replacement for it.

All regions on this Legacy list are to be considered Partial Support, which means that the ability to receive and/or respond to notifications may be limited. PagerDuty will send notification requests to our provider partners in these countries, however local SMS carrier restrictions and/or government regulation may limit delivery. PagerDuty strongly suggests removing URLs from all user-generated content and reviewing your content for any sensitive categories and setting up Push Notifications as your primary notification method in these markets.
