Google Meet: Create Alias and Set Conference Bridge

📘

Availability

This workflow action is available on Business and Enterprise for Incident Management pricing plans. Contact the Sales Team to upgrade to an account with this action.

Description

Create a Google Meet alias URL for the incident and set it as the incident's conference bridge via the PagerDuty incidents API. The alias generates a valid Meet link only when someone opens it.

📘

Working with Scribe Agent

This workflow action generates a meeting alias instead of a valid Google Meet URL. If you are using, or planning to use Scribe Agent you should use the Google Meet: Add a Conference Bridge to an Incident incident workflow action instead.
