Prerequisites

This functionality is available to customers on the Professional, Business, and Enterprise plans for Incident Management with PagerDuty Advance and the Scribe Agent enabled.

This action requires the Zoom | PagerDuty integration for Zoom meetings, or the Microsoft Teams | PagerDuty integration for Microsoft Teams meetings.

Note: For Microsoft Teams meetings, the Scribe Agent can only be automatically added to meetings created through the Microsoft Teams | PagerDuty integration.

1. If you have not done so already, please follow our instructions to Create an Incident Workflow.
2. When you are prompted to add actions, select this action.
3. Continue following instructions to Publish the Workflow. When the action runs, you will see the Outputs listed below.
