If you select Incident Dedicated Channel, the action will attempt to use the dedicated incident channel.

Otherwise, use the Select the Channel dropdown to select a channel to send the message to. To bookmark on a private channel, you must first invite the PagerDuty app (@PagerDuty) to the private channel in Slack.

If you use a field reference, the value of the field must be the Slack channel ID (e.g., C1234TEST). You can find this by viewing a channel's details in Slack or from the URL path when viewing the Slack channel in your web browser.

Bookmark NameThe name that will be associated with the bookmark in the channel header.
Bookmark LinkA valid URL that the bookmark will lead to.
Bookmark EmojiOptional emoji to associate with the bookmark (ex: : fire :)
