This action collects incident data from PagerDuty and uses it to initiate a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in Logz.io.

Prerequisites
This functionality is available to customers on the Professional, Business, and Enterprise plans for Incident Management.

Name	Description
Integration	Select a Workflow Integration or click New Logz.io Connection to establish a new one.
Incident ID	The ID of the PagerDuty incident.

Name	Description
RCA Status	Value that shows if the Logz RCA was successful or not.
RCA Message	The Logz RCA response.
Result	Value that shows if the action was successful or not. Either "Success" or "Failed."
Result Summary	Brief description of what the action did or if it failed.
Error	Brief description that is populated if the action fails.
