System Requirements
Web App
PagerDuty's web app requires a modern web browser with JavaScript enabled.
We recommend using your browser’s most recent production release. Older versions and pre-release browsers, such as betas or developer previews, are not supported. Issues with a pre-release version of a browser should be reported to the browser vendor.
Browser extensions, such as ad blockers or JavaScript blockers, can interfere with or completely prevent certain PagerDuty features from working correctly, and are not supported. We recommend safelisting *.pagerduty.com
in these extensions so that they don't prevent you from accessing portions of the PagerDuty web app.
Current stable major versions of the following browsers are tested and supported:
- Apple Safari
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox
- Opera
Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 No Longer Supported
We removed support for Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 on December 31, 2020.
Mobile Apps
As of April 10, 2023, we support the latest version of the PagerDuty mobile app available from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on devices running iOS 15 and higher or Android 10 and higher. You may not have access to the latest features if your device does not meet minimum requirements. For more information, please see PagerDuty Mobile App.
Logging in to the PagerDuty app requires a browser installed on your device. If you are using an Android work profile, the profile must allow for access to a browser. This can be done either by adding the browser into the work profile, or allowing data to be passed outside of the work profile. Please refer to Android’s Work profiles documentation for more information.
