Intune Support for Mobile App Management

With Microsoft Intune mobile app management (MAM), organizations can add PagerDuty for Intune to a set of trusted apps to ensure that sensitive business data stays secure on unmanaged personal mobile devices. This allows admins to manage PagerDuty access and gives users added security, without taking full control of employees’ devices.

Before setting up PagerDuty for Intune, please keep the following in mind:

  • Users must have a Microsoft Intune account with an assigned Microsoft Intune license.
  • Users must belong to a security group targeted by an app protection policy that targets the PagerDuty app before registering their app.
  • Users are not required to have an Azure Active Directory (AD) account to use Intune. However, you will need Azure AD admin access, as well as Intune admin access, to configure permissions.
