Set or Update an Incident Commander: /jeli ic

Enter /jeli ic and select a user from the Select Incident Commander dropdown to set the main point of contact for incident coordination. Anyone can use this command in the incident channel to claim or pass off the incident commander responsibilities.

When you set an incident commander, Jeli will update the overview, broadcast channels, and send a message in the incident channel pinging the assignee. To quickly assign without opening a dialog box use /jeli incident-commander [@username|me].

Set or Update a Communications Lead: /jeli cl

Enter /jeli cl and select a user to set the main point of contact for incident communication. Anyone can use this command in the incident channel to claim or pass off the communication lead responsibilities. When you set a communications lead, Jeli will update the overview, broadcast channels, and send a message in the incident channel pinging the assignee.

To quickly assign a communications lead without opening a dialog box use /jeli communications-lead [@username|me].
