Jeli Part of PagerDuty

Jeli integrates directly with Slack and allows for in-depth incident response investigation. Integrating with Slack will allow Jeli to collect message and user data from the channels and timeframes you specify using the Jeli Slack Bot.

Add the Slack | Jeli Integration

Required User Permissions

  • In Jeli: Admin Permissions are required to add an integration.
  • In Slack: Slack permissions that allow the addition of applications to your Slack workspace are required. If you do not have the necessary Slack permissions, reach out to one of your Slack Admins, or direct them to the Slack integration page in Jeli to have them install the app.
  1. In Jeli, navigate to Settings Integrations Slack.
  2. Click Connect a workspace which will take you to a Slack authorization page. Allow authorization to complete the integration.
    1. Completing the integration with Slack will also install the Jeli incident response bot to your Slack workspace.

Add Jeli to Multiple Slack Workspaces

If you are using Slack Enterprise Grid, you will need to add Jeli to each workspace in order to use the app.

  1. In Jeli, navigate to Settings Integrations Slack.
  2. Click Connect a workspace for each Slack workspace you want to add Jeli to. Allow authorization to complete the integration.
    1. Completing the integration with Slack will also install the Jeli incident response bot to your Slack workspace.
