Business Service Subscription

Subscribe others, or self-subscribe to business services and incidents

Business service subscriptions allow users to automatically receive updates about incidents impacting key business services. Admins, Managers and Account Owners can choose to subscribe all users, or specific users and teams to business services as part of their PagerDuty account setup. Users can also self-manage their subscriptions. A combination of admin and self-managed business service subscriptions increases the number of users subscribed to business services, which keeps stakeholders informed during major incidents.
