WhatsApp Notifications

PagerDuty can deliver notifications over WhatsApp. This provides an alternative for organizations where SMS isn’t feasible or reliable.

PagerDuty users opt in and consent to receiving WhatsApp notifications regarding incidents, responder requests, and status updates by configuring WhatsApp contact methods on their User Profile.
