Business Service Subscription
Subscribe others, or self-subscribe to business services and incidents
Business service subscriptions allow you to automatically receive updates about incidents impacting key business services. Admins, Managers and Account Owners can choose to subscribe all users, or specific users and Teams to business services as part of their PagerDuty account setup. You can also self-manage your subscriptions. A combination of admin and self-managed business service subscriptions increases the number of users subscribed to business services, which keeps stakeholders informed during major incidents.
Pricing Plans
Business service subscription is available on the following pricing plans: Business, Digital Operations (legacy) and Enterprise for Incident Management. Please contact our Sales team if you would like to upgrade to a plan with business service subscription.
