My Profile
Update your profile information.
In the My Profile tab of your user profile (User Icon My Profile My Profile), you can add your name, job title, biography, language, and time zone settings.
Your recent activity appears at the bottom of the page.
Required User Permissions
- All users can create, edit and delete their contact information.
- Admins and Global Admins can create, edit and delete contact information for all users, except the Account Owner.
- The Account Owner can create, edit and delete all users’ contact information.
Edit Personal Information
To edit your or another user's personal information:
- Navigate to User Icon My Profile My Profile tab.
Note: To edit another user's personal information, navigate to People Users and click Edit in the Actions column for the desired user's name. - Click the icon to the right of your desired field:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The user's name. |
| Title | Select a job title from the dropdown. |
| Bio | A text field for additional user information and/or background. |
| Voice Language Settings | Set your preferred language. |
| Time Zone | Select a time zone from the dropdown. Your time zone selection determines the time displayed when reviewing on-call schedules, incident logs, and your on-call shifts. |
- Click Save.
View Recent User Activity
Below your profile, you can view your activity for the past 14 days. This table includes information about incidents that you acknowledged, resolved, or manually triggered through the web application.
