Configure Post-Incident Reviews (Jeli)

Jeli Part of PagerDuty

Before users can start using Post-Incident Reviews, an Admin or the Account Owner will need to enable it in the PagerDuty web app. After the toggle is enabled, users can log in to Jeli and start using Post-Incident Reviews.

Enable Post-Incident Reviews

  1. In the PagerDuty web app, navigate to User Icon Account Settings.
  2. Select the tab Jeli Post-Incident Reviews.
  3. Click toggle Enable Jeli Post-Incident Reviews.

All PagerDuty users will now be able to use Post-Incident Reviews.

Disable Post-Incident Reviews

  1. In the PagerDuty web app, navigate to User Icon Account Settings.
  2. Select the tab Jeli Post-Incident Reviews.
  3. Click toggle Enable Jeli Post-Incident Reviews.
  4. In the confirmation modal, click Disable.

Use Post-Incident Reviews

After an Admin or the Account Owner has enabled Post-Incident Reviews, there are three ways for users to create one:

Incident Details Page

Users can start a Post-Incident Review from any resolved PagerDuty incident. Read Create a Jeli Post-Incident Review for more information.

Incident Workflows

Incident Workflows allow you to create automated, repeatable response processes. Read Jeli: Create A Post-Incident Review for more information about adding PostiIncident Reviews as part of an Incident Workflow.

Availability

Incident Workflows are included with the following pricing plans: Business, Digital Operations (legacy) and Enterprise for Incident Management.

Customers on Professional pricing plans have access to Incident Workflows and can create one Incident Workflow.

PagerDuty Advance

Users can create a Post-Incident Review while using PagerDuty's AI assistant, PagerDuty Advance. Read PagerDuty Advance for Post-Incident Reviews for more information.

Availability

PagerDuty Advance is generally available to Enterprise Incident Management customers using Jeli and PagerDuty Advance (seeded credits, trial or paid SKU).

This feature is only available in the US Service Region.
