As of December 22, 2026, the Jeli UI will reach end-of-life. Post-incident review capabilities will be integrated directly into PagerDuty's Post-Incident Reviews in the PagerDuty web app.

Start using Post-Incident Reviews in PagerDuty UI by visiting an incident’s Incident Details page on web, and clicking the Post-Incident Review tab.

For the benefit of older Jeli customers that do not have Jeli as part of their PagerDuty pricing plans, please refer to the following documentation:
