Notification Phone Numbers

Download the PagerDuty vCard to add all phone and SMS notification numbers to your contacts.

PagerDuty vCard

PagerDuty phone and SMS notifications can come from varying numbers based on your country and other factors. The best way to ensure that you receive PagerDuty notifications is to download the PagerDuty vCard. The vCard is an up-to-date file containing the numbers that PagerDuty notifications can come from, and you can import it into your computer or smartphone contacts. It will appear in your contacts as PagerDuty Outgoing Numbers. We highly recommend downloading the vCard and keeping it updated, as it is subject to change.

Automatically Update vCard in the PagerDuty Mobile App

The PagerDuty mobile app for iOS and Android offers automatic vCard management to ensure you always have the latest version.

To update the vCard in the mobile app (version 5.72 and above):

  1. Select More in the bottom navigation bar and tap in the upper right.
  2. Tap Automatic Contact Card Management. Once updated, you will be able to see the date and time it was last updated for future reference.
