Legacy Supported Countries

This page details the geographical regions that have been removed from the Supported Countries list due to shifts in local regulations and carrier restrictions. Those regions, listed below, are considered "Legacy" and are only available to accounts existing prior to the changes implemented in February 2024.

The list below is in addition to the standard Supported Countries list, not a replacement for it.

All regions on this Legacy list are considered Partial Support, which means that the ability to receive and/or respond to notifications may be limited. PagerDuty will send notification requests to our provider partners in these countries; however, local SMS carrier restrictions and/or government regulation may limit delivery. PagerDuty strongly recommends removing URLs from all user-generated content, reviewing your content for sensitive categories, and setting up Push Notifications as your primary notification method in these markets.
