The account owner is the only user who can transfer ownership to another user.
If the current account owner's login information is not available, you can contact our support team for assistance changing account ownership.
To change the account owner as the account owner:
- Go to the Configuration menu and select Account Settings.
In the Want to make someone else the owner of this account? section, select the new account owner from the drop-down list.
Click the green Make this person the account owner button.
The previous account owner will have an Admin user role and their user profile can now be edited or deleted.
